Partly I am going to place the blame on Savage by S2Games. They released the game for free when they opened the Savage 2 pre-orders and I’ve been addicted ever since. The game is simply phenomenal, combining First Person, Third Person, and Real Time Strategy interfaces all in one game. You can choose to fight as a unit, or be the Commander and order units (other players) around.
