			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Not surprisingly, Gears of War 2 was banned from being sold in Germany, but the game has also been banned from being sold in Japan. Microsoft hasn&#8217;t issued any statements concerning the ban in Japan, and Japan hasn&#8217;t said anything either. The situation is a bit weird, considering the first game was allowed in Japan. These bans come even after Microsoft integrated a family friendly mode into the game to cut out some of the gore and avoid younger players from seeing the game at all.</p>
