Not far adjacent to the Malibu County Mart the city is building the Malibu Legacy site, originally vacant plot of land sold to the city by a billionaire Jerry Perechio. The Malibu Legacy Park Project responds to critical issues, such as bacteria reduction by stormwater treatment, nutrient reduction in wastewater management, restoration and development of riparian habitats, and the development of an open space area for passive recreation and environmental education. In addition, the Project will be linked by a “linear park” to neighboring Surfrider Beach, Malibu Pier, Malibu Lagoon, and Malibu Bluffs Park, to all of which one will have access to for further exploration and enjoyment when travelling to California.

It really comes down to what does adventure mean to you and the good thing is that there is no wrong answer. Because whatever your concept of adventure, you’re pretty much guaranteed to find it there, especially if you were to travel to Los Angeles with its goreous Santa Monica Beach Accomodations. Those hotels are premier choice of four-diamond luxury resorts which cater to lelisure, business, and meeting guests. Imagine, moments away from the dramatic charm of Beverly Hills, you would be consumed by the charms of the exceptional settings. Sounds like a dream vacation yet? Wait, Santa Monica Beach Hotel offers fantastic panoramic view and personal service; warm furnisings shall wrap you into total relaxation. At the same time you will not be far from everything Los Angeles has to offer: sun-soaking, sea-siding, and star-striking. In short, it is a full package to make one feel like royalty plus various special offers to go easy on your pockets.

An amazing attraction near there is the Pacific amusemnt park located right on the beach line. It has the only solar-powere ferris wheel in the world. From its height one can see surrounding territories including all of the Malibu. Aside from these attractions there is also Monterey Bay Aquarium, Ghirardeli Soda Fountain and Chocolate shop, who is America’s second odlest chocolate maker company. Truly interesting to explore all the nearby places there, keeping in mind there will never be enough time to see everything. These are just the most famous places that are certainly worth seeing. Drinking from a soda fountain, just like in the fairy tale of the last century: the dream of the people about unlimited pleasures. The Chocolate factory is meant to provide the satisfaction.
