Most people probably received promotional pens at one point in their careers. Most businesses give them out as a way of showing off. They are usually given away as an incentive. They tend to be very cost effective, since it is very cheap to manufacture. If you own any type of business, I would recommend giving them out, as they are cheap, and can jolt a major boost in advertising.
