They are small memory storage devices that can be used on digital cameras, cell phones, camcorders, portable audio, DVD and video players, game consoles, laptops, desktops, printers and other electronics. In the near future, as storage capacity will get higher and prices lower, memory cards will replace most of today’s storage electronics, such as the hard drive. Don’t wait to buy one, and get them while they are dirt-cheap.
